1. Service description

cvscan.one is an AI-powered CV/resume analysis tool operated by Roman Gal / kenny.one. The service analyzes uploaded CV documents and provides automated feedback and improvement suggestions.

2. Acceptance of terms

By uploading a CV or using any part of cvscan.one, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

3. Free and paid tiers

• Free tier: Includes overall score, top 3 issues, and ATS compatibility check. Limited to 3 analyses per IP address per 24 hours. Results are available for 24 hours.
• Premium ($19): One-time payment for detailed section-by-section feedback, rewrite suggestions, ATS keyword analysis, and a downloadable PDF report. Results available for 7 days.
• Pro ($199): Includes everything in Premium plus a 30-minute video consultation with Roman Gal. Results available for 7 days.

4. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD. Since the AI analysis is delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not offered. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your analysis, contact us at roman@kenny.one and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

The analysis provided by cvscan.one is generated by artificial intelligence. While built on 20+ years of recruitment expertise, the feedback is automated and should be used as guidance, not as a guarantee of employment outcomes. We recommend using the analysis alongside your own judgment and, where possible, feedback from human recruiters.

6. Acceptable use

• You may only upload CVs that you have the right to share.
• You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service.
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service.
• You may not upload malicious files or content that is not a legitimate CV/resume.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your uploaded CV content. The analysis results generated by our service are provided for your personal use. The cvscan.one brand, design, and underlying technology are the property of kenny.one.

8. Limitation of liability

cvscan.one is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to: inaccurate analysis results, data loss, or missed employment opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep cvscan.one available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of cvscan.one after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
